The Semantic Scope of Slavic Aspect

Registration fee
The registration fee is €100 (PhD students €50) to be paid no later than April 1, 2013.
After this date, the registration fee is €120 (PhD students €60).

The registration fee includes a welcome evening buffet on the opening day of the conference, coffee breaks, cocktail at the closing ceremony, and a bus tour of Gothenburg.

The registration fee does not include travel expenses, accommodation and meals.

Additional fees:

  • Official dinner on June 12th (45,00 €)
  • Bus tour along the Swedish west coast including a visit to the town of Tanum and the Tanum Museum of Rock Carvings on June 14th (55,00 €)

Terms of payment
Since The University of Gothenburg does not accept direct payment to the account of the university, each participant will be sent an invoice personally by e-mail at the end of Februari. The invoice will contain all necessary data, and you only have to pay it.

Visa application
If you need an invitation in order to apply for visa, please fill in the application form and forward it to the following e-mail address: SSSA13@gu.se
Since the visa application may be submitted not earlier than three months before the expected departure and the period of validity of the invitation is three months, it will be sent to you on March 15th.
The list of documents required for a visa application is published on the website of the Swedish Embassy of your country.
