Assessment of prior learning in languages

News: Mar 15, 2017

If you don’t meet the formal specific entry requirements in English, French, Spanish or German, you can take a diagnostic test to determine whether you still can be considered eligible for a course based on prior learning. However, in order to take the test you need to have applied for a course in the respective language at the University of Gothenburg!

The specific entry requirements for courses in four language areas are the Swedish upper secondary courses English 6, French 3, Spanish 3 and German 3, respectively. The diagnostic assessment is a way for applicants to demonstrate language proficiency corresponding to the required upper secondary coursework. The last day to register for the assessment is 23 May
