Work environment

The efforts to ensure a good physical and psychosocial work environment at the Department includes recurring work environment reviews in accordance with the University of Gothenburg’s local work environment agreement and staff meetings at which work environment issues are discussed. A special work environment committee has also been established.

Problems related to the work environment are reported to the Head of Department or the work environment representative. The work environment representative is bound by professional secrecy but has a responsibility to relay the reported work environment problem to the Head of Department, who is ultimately in charge of the work environment at the Department. However, you can always request to remain anonymous.
